Installing Norton Security Online on a PC
Please note that Internet subscribers with
a modem or eMTA are auto-authorized to download Norton Security Online and are
not presented with the sign-in screens. In addition, you may be directed to
uninstall any existing security software as installing multiple security
software suites may slow your computer's performance.
- Go to the Norton Security Online page and click Get
Norton Security Online.
- Enter your username and password if prompted.
- Create or log in to your Norton account. The Norton account lets
you manage all of your Norton services and product keys from one location.
- Click to install locally or install on another device.
Begin local installation. Click Run.
Allow the program to run.
Windows may request permission to proceed.
Click Yes.
Click Agree and
Install.
- Complete the installation. Log into your Norton account if prompted
to associate your device.
- Norton Security Online will launch.
